hi Paul
I did the Tai for Arthritis last year in a 8 week course through a community evening college.
I really enjoyed it and found it very helpful for my arthritis.
But now I would like to practice regularly as part of a class and learn more forms such as the 24 form. Yet I don't know where I can do this. I can't seem to find anyone in my area on the list of instructors.
I started another Tai Chi class through the Tai Chi Academy but I find it very difficult on the knees as it is not targeted at people for arthritis.
I have 2 of your DVDs but I really want to practice in a class too.
Can you advise me where I can find a suitable class?
I live in Dulwich Hill.
Thanks
Sharon
